How exactly the subscription works?

There are different subscription plans with different file upload allowances and record number limits - you can choose the plan that fits better your needs and start a free trial for 10 days. After the free trial you will be billed monthly as per your subscription plan. The subscription can be cancelled at any time also during the trial period. You can also upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from the user account panel. You can find here the various subscription plans.

Is there a free trial of the service?

Yes - you can sign up for a free trial with PayPal and cancel anytime. You can test all the features of the platform for 10 days. During the trial the number of the files is limited to 2 files with a maximum of 2000 rows each. After the trial, the original limits as per your subcription will be restored automatically. Are there any additional fees for using the service?

No, there are absolutely no other fees involved for using the service - everything is already included in the subscription price. In case you need more files or records per file you can upgrade your subscription.

How many files can I upload and map daily?

Currently we don't have daily limitations on the file number - this depends mainly on your subscription plan, however in case you need very high file upload volumes please let us know.

What types of files are supported for upload?

Currently we support only CSV files, but we are working to add also other popular file formats such as Excel, JSON, XML or similar.

How the CSV file must be formatted in order to be mapped corectly?

There are no specific requirements for the file formatting - the only requirement is to have headers for the columns and there should be one or more columns recognizable as address - one or more columns could contain either the word "address" or "city" or "country" or "zip" etc. This way the system will identify the address and will show it on the map accordingly. More precise is the address, more accurate will be the position on the map. At the moment only address headers in English are supported.

Do you offer refunds?

When generating the maps, every transaction is paid so unfortunately we are not able to issue refunds for already processed content. We can evaluate on per specific case basis and issue refunds only on our own discretion.
